Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Meet the Orlando Team Behind Mortons Air Duct Orlando
When you book an air duct cleaning in Orlando, you should know who’s walking through your door. Our crew lives here. They shop at the Publix on Curry Ford, they sit in traffic on I-4, and they know how fast dust accumulates in a Florida home with the AC running ten months a year. Most of our technicians have been with Morton’s for years, and all of them work to one standard: the Cedarwell Care Promise. That means shoe covers on before the front door closes, a written price before any tool comes off the truck, and a photo of the clean-up before we leave.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Marcus T. – Lead Technician
Marcus runs most of our Orlando air duct cleaning jobs, and he’s been turning wrenches since before Morton’s joined the Cedarwell family. He holds advanced certifications from Nikro and Rotobrush, which means he’s trained on the exact equipment we bring into your home. Marcus is the guy who can read a duct system’s airflow and spot a crushed flex run just by listening. He’s also a father of three, coaches his daughter’s soccer team in Winter Park, and has a habit of pointing out where the previous homeowner’s DIY dryer vent routing went wrong. Calm, methodical, and allergic to shortcuts.
Elena R. – Senior Installer
Elena handles the heavy end of the work: dryer vent cleaning, duct replacement, and the sanitation side of the job. She’s certified on Abatement Technologies and Guardsman equipment, and she’s the reason our air duct cleaning customers in Orlando get systems that stay clean longer. Before joining Morton’s, Elena worked in commercial HVAC maintenance, so she’s seen what neglected ductwork looks like after a decade of Florida humidity. Outside of work, she’s a runner who logs miles around Lake Baldwin and has two rescue dogs she will absolutely tell you about if you ask.
Denise W. – Service Coordinator
Denise is the voice on the phone when you call (321) 204-8194. She’s been answering for Morton’s since 2018, and she knows the service area block by block: Thornton Park, College Park, Conway, Pine Hills, Hunters Creek. Denise builds the schedule, confirms the appointment, and makes sure the crew knows about your dog, your nap-time schedule, or anything else that matters before we arrive. She keeps a running list of which Orlando neighborhoods have older homes and which are new construction, because it changes what kind of ductwork we expect to find. If you’ve ever called and gotten a real person at 11pm, that was probably Denise.
Anthony J. – Apprentice Technician
Anthony came to Morton’s from a trade school program in Orlando and has been working under Marcus for the past year. He’s training on the Rotobrush and Nikro systems, and he’s already passed his background check and uniform inspection every single day. Anthony is the one who tapes down drop cloths, carries equipment, and double-checks that every vent cover goes back exactly where it came from. He’s a local guy who grew up in Azalea Park and fishes on Lake Tohopekaliga on weekends. Newer to the trade, but if Marcus says a job is done right, Anthony is usually the reason.
One Standard, Every Job
Morton’s Air Duct Orlando is independently owned and operated, but it operates inside a system that doesn’t leave room for sloppy work. It’s called the Cedarwell Care Promise, and Paul Adeyemi, the owner, holds every technician to it on every single visit. Shoe covers and drop cloths go down before any duct gets touched. The written price comes before the work starts, no exceptions, every time. Tools stay quiet during nap hours when a baby or a sick family member is sleeping. Pet-safe products are used where available. And before the crew leaves, there’s a photo of the clean-up so you can see the condition of your floors with your own eyes. The 365-Day Done Right Promise backs all of it: if the job isn’t right, we make it right. Full stop. That’s not a slogan. That’s a system.
