Rotobrush Air Duct Cleaning in Orlando: What to Know First
Rotobrush air duct cleaning in Orlando typically costs between $425 and $780 for a full residential system, and most jobs are completed in a single visit lasting three to five hours. We are an independent Rotobrush service provider, which means we are not affiliated with or authorized by Rotobrush itself, but we use their equipment daily and know these systems inside and out. If you own a home with a duct system that has not been cleaned in years, this page will tell you what to expect on the job, what it will cost, and what to ask any company before they start. Call (321) 204-8194 for a written estimate before any work begins.

How Rotobrush Products Fail – and How We Fix Them
Rotobrush makes solid equipment, but every machine has weak points. Here are the ones we see most often in Orlando homes, along with what we do about them.
- Rotobrush aiR+ and the Roto-Vision camera feed going dark mid-job. The aiR+ is the most common Rotobrush unit we run in Orlando homes. Its camera cable connection at the reel hub can loosen from vibration after years of transport in a van. A black screen does not mean the camera is dead. We reseat the connector, apply contact cleaner, and test the feed before we ever put a brush into your duct. If the camera board itself has failed, we will tell you before we start and use a standalone inspection camera so you still get before and after footage of your duct interior.
- Rotobrush brush heads losing bristles inside flex duct. Older Rotobrush brush heads, especially the nylon-bristle heads used on the pre-aiR+ machines, shed bristles as the bristle base ages. We find those bristles lodged in flex duct folds in homes all over Orlando, particularly in College Park and Winter Park where original 1970s and 1980s flex runs are still in service. We inspect the head before every job and retire any head showing base cracking. Then we run a full system vacuum pass to pull any stray debris before we call the job done.
- Rotobrush HEPA cartridge filters clogging fast in Central Florida humidity. Orlando’s summer humidity changes how fine dust behaves. It clumps into a paste that loads Rotobrush HEPA filters faster than the dry dust you would see in Arizona or Nevada. A clogged HEPA cartridge drops suction at the brush head, which means the brush knocks debris loose but the vacuum does not carry it out. We keep fresh Rotobrush HEPA cartridges on every truck and check filter load before and after each job. If your ducts are heavy with construction dust or pet dander, we swap the filter mid-job rather than push a loaded filter and leave dust behind.
- Rotobrush foam duct plugs that no longer seal in odd-sized Orlando ducts. Not every Orlando home has standard rectangular or round duct. We see plenty of oval transitions and hand-built plenums in older neighborhoods. A Rotobrush foam plug that worked fine on a 12-inch round trunk will not seal an oval transition, and if the plug does not seal, the vacuum draws air from the room instead of the duct. We carry a set of aftermarket plug shapes and custom-trim foam on the truck so we can seal the exact geometry of your system, not just the geometry Rotobrush expects.
- Rotobrush vacuum hose kinks at ceiling registers in tight attic spaces. Homes with low attic clearance near the eaves, common in Orlando ranch-style houses, force the Rotobrush hose into sharp angles. The hose kinks, airflow chokes, and the brush head cannot pull debris back through the line. We plan the hose path before we enter the attic, and we use rigid 90-degree elbows at the register boot on those runs so the hose stays open. It adds a few minutes to setup and it makes the difference between a clean duct and a duct that still has dust sitting in it.

Our Rotobrush Air Duct Cleaning Process
Every Rotobrush job we do in Orlando follows the same sequence, and you will know the plan before we start. Here is how it works.
- 1
We walk the house with you first. Paul Adeyemi or the lead tech will ask about your system, where the registers are, whether anyone in the house has allergies or breathing sensitivity, and where pets spend their time. We note floors, furniture, and anything we will protect.
- 2
We write the price and hand it to you. The quote covers the whole system for one flat price. No per-vent add-ons, no surprise line items later. You know the invoice before we touch a duct.
- 3
We protect the house. Shoe covers go on at the door. Drop cloths go down wherever we work and wherever we walk with equipment. Furniture in the work path gets covered. We keep tools quiet during nap hours if you tell us someone is sleeping.
- 4
We inspect and clean with Rotobrush equipment. We run the camera first, show you what is inside your ducts on the screen, then clean the supply side, return side, and trunk lines. We use pet-safe products where available.
- 5
We test suction and airflow at the registers. After the cleaning pass, we check that every register is pulling air the way it should. If we find a duct disconnected, crushed, or leaking, we will show you and tell you what it means before doing anything extra.
- 6
We show you the after photos and clean up before we leave. You get photo proof of the cleaned duct interior and photo proof of the house left the way we found it. If something is not right, the 365-Day Done Right Promise covers it.

AfterWhat Rotobrush Air Duct Cleaning Costs in Orlando
Rotobrush air duct cleaning in Orlando runs on whole-system pricing, not per-vent pricing. Here is what that looks like for most homes.
- Single-family home, one HVAC system, 8 to 12 vents: $425 to $580
- Larger single-family home, one system, 13 to 18 vents: $550 to $720
- Two-story home or two HVAC systems: $680 to $850
- Full system with video inspection, supply and return, trunk lines: $725 to $1,050 depending on system condition and accessibility
- Dryer vent cleaning add-on: $75 to $125
The price moves based on square footage, number of systems, and how much debris is actually inside the ducts. A system that has not been cleaned in fifteen years takes longer than one cleaned three years ago. We will tell you the exact price before we start, and the number we write is the number you pay. Why Orlando Homeowners Call Mortons Air Duct Orlando for Rotobrush Work
We built Mortons Air Duct Orlando on one straightforward idea: tell the customer exactly what we found, exactly what we plan to do about it, and exactly what the invoice will say before a single piece of equipment comes off the truck. That is how Paul Adeyemi runs every job, and it is the reason families with kids and pets call us back. Every visit includes shoe covers and drop cloths, background-checked techs in uniform, and a written price handed to you before work starts. We use professional Rotobrush and Nikro equipment, plus Honeywell, Aprilaire, Abatement Technologies, and Guardsman products where they fit the job. If your home has a Lennox, Trane, or Carrier system, we service those without issue. And every completed job is backed by the 365-Day Done Right Promise: if it is not done right, we make it right. Full stop. That promise is stamped on every job, not just offered when someone asks. We also work to the Cedarwell Care Promise, which is the standard our whole Cedarwell family of independent companies holds itself to. We tell you what we found, what we will do, and what it costs before we start.
FAQs
No. We are an independent Rotobrush service provider and we are not affiliated with or authorized by Rotobrush. We use Rotobrush equipment because it is professional-grade and gets a deep clean, but we answer to you, not to a manufacturer. That also means we give you straight advice on repair versus replace, and we are free to use OEM Rotobrush parts or quality aftermarket parts based on what is actually best for your system and your budget.
No. Air duct cleaning with Rotobrush or Nikro equipment does not void manufacturer warranties on your HVAC equipment. We clean the duct interior, not the furnace or air handler internals. We are careful around duct connections and we never modify your system without written approval from you first. If you have a specific warranty question, call (321) 204-8194 and we will walk through it with you before scheduling.
Most Orlando single-family homes take three to five hours from arrival to final walkthrough. Larger homes, two-story systems, or ducts with heavy construction dust from a recent remodel can take longer. We will give you a time window on the phone and a firmer timeline when we see the system in person. We do not rush the job, and we do not charge by the hour, so you will never see a surprise line for extra time.
Yes. We run the Roto-Vision camera before we clean and show you the screen live. After the cleaning pass, we run it again so you can compare. You will get before and after photos included with your job at no extra charge. That is standard on every Rotobrush job we do in Orlando, not an add-on package.
Every three to five years for most Orlando homes, and sooner if you have pets that shed heavily, recent remodeling, or someone in the house with allergies or asthma. Central Florida’s humidity also means dust clings to duct walls more than it does in drier climates, so duct systems here can load up faster. We will show you what is inside your ducts and tell you honestly whether it is time. Call (321) 204-8194 for a free estimate, and we will give you a straight answer either way.
