Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Air Duct Cleaning Before & After in Orlando, FL
Photos tell the story better than any claim we could make. Below are representative jobs from homes across Orlando: College Park bungalows, Dr. Phillips two-stories, Winter Park ranches, and condo units near Lake Eola. Each one shows what was actually inside the ducts, what we did about it, and what the system looked like when we finished. The white-glove details you’ll see in these shots are all standard on every visit, not extras.

Primary Air Handler Cleanout in College Park
Before
After
Before
AfterThis 1940s home near Dubsdread had original galvanized ductwork that hadn’t been opened since a 2011 renovation. The return drop was carrying a heavy layer of drywall dust and pet hair from two golden retrievers. Our crew sealed off each register, ran the Rotobrush system through the main trunk and branch lines, then finished with a Nikro HEPA vacuum pass at the air handler. The homeowner could hear the difference in airflow before we even packed up the truck.
Dryer Vent Clearing in Baldwin Park
Before
After
A Baldwin Park townhome had a dryer taking two full cycles to finish a load of towels. The vent run made two 90-degree turns before exiting at the second-floor roofline. We ran a rotating brush through the full 22 feet, collecting what measured out to just over four pounds of lint. The dryer cycle time dropped back to normal immediately. We also installed a new louvered exterior cap to keep Orlando’s summer rain from blowing back into the line.
Supply Register Restoration in Winter Park

This Winter Park family had a ceiling register directly above their kitchen island. Years of sautéing had sent a fine layer of cooking oil into the duct, which trapped every speck of dust that passed through. We bagged the register, cleaned the boot by hand, then wiped the register face itself with a degreaser that’s safe for painted metal. The surrounding ceiling stayed clean because our crew laid drop cloths across the island and countertops before starting.
Post-Construction Duct Cleanout in Horizon West

A Horizon West homeowner had just finished a kitchen remodel and noticed white dust settling on furniture within a day of wiping it down. The ducts had become the HVAC system’s dust reservoir during construction. We ran an Abatement Technologies negative air machine at the air handler while our team worked through each run with the Rotobrush. The before photo tells the whole story: drywall dust, sawdust, and even hardware that never got swept out by the contractor. After, the ducts looked like they were installed that morning.
Pet Hair and Dander Removal in Dr. Phillips

Three cats and a German Shepherd share this Dr. Phillips home, and the return side of the system was doing the heavy lifting. Hair had worked past the filter frame and packed into the corners of the return cavity. We removed the loose material by hand, pulled the filter housing, and cleaned the entire return path with a Guardsman air sweep. The homeowners asked if we could use pet-safe products, which we always do when they’re available. We finished by wiping down the filter slot so the new filter would seat flush.
Condensation Line and Plenum Detail in Lake Nona
Humidity is a fact of life in Orlando, and this Lake Nona home’s plenum had developed surface staining where condensation gathered near the coil. The system wasn’t leaking, but the moisture had attracted dust and created a stubborn film. We cleaned the plenum surfaces, checked the condensate line for clogs, and verified the drain path was moving water. This kind of detail work is why we photograph the plenum before and after every job. If it’s not clean where the air leaves the handler, the rest of the system doesn’t matter.
